山西面食豆角焖面[28P]

  27.成品图小贴士

  豆角焖面一次做多点也没关系,下顿吃时锅里少放一点油,把焖面炒一下,比刚做出来的还好吃呢;不喜欢吃肉的亲直接做成素的也很美味;面片一定要擀匀,切好的面条更容易熟。最后浇汁也要均匀,这样做出的面才更入味;调味要根据自家口味来定。
